AI-Assisted Production

Creative materials you submit (such as lyrics) may be processed by these systems solely to generate project-specific outputs or proofs.
No Model Training Commitment
We do not use client-submitted lyrics or creative materials to train global AI models or to build generalized datasets. Your materials are processed only for the purpose of fulfilling your project.
3. Payment Security
All financial transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
Ecclesia Acoustilabs does not store credit card numbers or banking credentials on its servers. Payment information is handled according to the payment processor's security standards, including encryption and fraud protection protocols.
4. Data Retention and Purging
Tier I Proofs
To maintain operational efficiency, unselected or unused Tier I AI-generated proofs may be purged from active production systems approximately 30 days after delivery.
B2B Archiving
Instrumental mixes created under the Slays: Up Your Genius B2B services may be archived as part of the studio's permanent catalog and may appear in the Office Vibe Alive Mix series.
5. Third-Party Fulfillment
To fulfill certain services, Ecclesia Acoustilabs may share limited project metadata with third-party partners involved in production services such as transcription, mastering, vinyl manufacturing, or CD replication.
We share only the information necessary to complete the service and do not share client contact information unless required for shipping or delivery.
6. Client Rights and Requests
